Returns & Cancellations

We will put forth our best effort to cancel an order, at no charge, so long as it is cancelled by 5:00pm on the day the order was placed. We promptly fill orders, so please contact us immediately if you need to cancel an order. If an order cancellation request occurs after 5:00pm on the date the order was placed, the customer agrees to a 10% cancellation fee. This is to help offset costs incurred by Six Point Arms, LLC.     

Returns on accessories are accepted for merchandise that is defective unless it has been modified or installed (those items will be subject to manufacturer warranty).

Please do not initiate the return of packages prior to receiving a return authorization (RMA). Please use the “Contact Us” form to receive a return authorization.

Six Point Arms, LLC will provide a refund or exchange on all other accessories found to be defective, the customer must notify us of the defect within 5 days of delivery.

Six Point Arms, LLC will also arrange for the defective items to be picked up and returned to us by the original shipper.

 All non-defective returns are subject to final sale and will not be accepted.

Ammo cannot be returned due to safety reasons (no exceptions).

 

Shipping & handling, insurance, processing fees are NOT refundable. Only the Product purchase price on defective accessories will be refunded.

 

Sales are final on sale items, clearance merchandise & special orders.

 

All firearm orders require FFL paperwork prior to shipment.

Firearm orders over 15-days old without FFL paperwork will be canceled and charged a 10% restocking fee with a $15 minimum.

 

It is the customer’s responsibility to fully inspect the firearm at their FFL prior to taking possession. After a firearm, transfer is complete to you, returns are not allowed. After a new firearm has transferred, it is considered used, even if unfired.

 

Should you discover a defect in your transferred firearm you will work with the manufacturer for replacement or repair (in accordance with their warranty policy). 

 

Class 3 Items:

All NFA orders require FFL and SOT paperwork prior to shipment.

Once we have started the Form 3 or Form 4 ATF paperwork, we are unable to cancel, return, or refund, any NFA items.
